Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of the order’s receipt, without having to announce the reason why. In order to have the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to inform us of your intention to return your purchase, providing a clear statement within the above mentioned 14-day limit. In this case, the Customer bears the obligation of returning the product to The-Art-Gap.com in the perfect condition, in which he/she received it. The-Art-Gap.com will accept the return of the purchased item only on condition that it has not been used in any way, it is returned in the perfect state in which it was delivered, in its original packaging (box or otherwise), bearing no apparent damages or tears and including all its original components. For securing all of the above, follow the return procedure:
- Pack the product in the same way you received it, so that it is protected during shipment.
- Send the parcel via the courier agency from which you received your order, or deliver it by your own means, securing the safe receipt.
In case that the authorized product is not at the exact state in which it was initially sent, it will be sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense, without the reimbursement of the artwork’s price.
You can fill in the withdrawal form you will find here. When the withdrawal form has been completed, you can either sent it to us via e-mail to [email protected] , or you can include it to the returning package. In order for the return to be accepted, the package must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice of purchase.
Consequences of withdrawal
Once the artwork(s) has been received in perfect state, you will be reimbursed with the full amount of your purchase, after the items have examined for their condition.
Any return costs, as well as any additional charges of your own choice will not be included to the delivery costs refund. The refund will be authorized within 14 days from the day the trader (The-Art-Gap.com) receives the returning items. The money will be refunded in the same way, as it was received by the trader in the initial transaction.
Alternatively, you can avoid any return costs by delivering in person the purchased items to our premise.
If one or more of the above terms are not met, the trader (The-Art-Gap.com) reserves the right to dismiss the withdrawal.
